Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the SorvoAI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SorvoAI is a multi-platform AI agent application available on desktop (Windows, macOS) and mobile (iOS, Android). The Service provides AI-powered conversations, task automation, memory, knowledge management, workflow building, and related productivity features.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
The Service offers Free, Pro ($19/month), and Enterprise ($39/month) plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Add-on credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable. Credits expire 12 months after purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content
- Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or other usage restrictions
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, and documentation, is owned by SorvoAI AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service. We claim no ownership rights over your data.
7. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI models through the Service is provided "as-is." You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, and the Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data as described therein. You can export or delete your data at any time through the application settings.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook, Stripe, LLM providers). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
10. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SORVOAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after account deletion to allow recovery, after which it is permanently deleted.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the application or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SorvoAI AI is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
